rCloud will offer both relief from and vibrancy to the hustle and bustle of the city. It will be an alluring green line that will reactivate parts, which need reorder and renewal. RCloud will be an elevated public infrastructure stretching 72 kilometers across the city and serving a catchment area of 8 million people. With change in intensity of sunlight the algae panels will change their color, thereby constantly resampling the city skyline and allowing the skin of the volumes to behave dynamically unlike conventional building materials. The panels, besides abating street noise can also filter the glare during the day and glow during the night. The more the carbon emission, the more energy the algae can produce. The facade panels will be transparent and made of algae that rely entirely on photosynthesis to create in-house renewable energy by converting carbon emission into oxygen. Such a modular support system will comply with the crucial requirement of speedy execution. In some instances the roof will double up as a pedestrian walkway. It can be accessed directly from the street as well as the metro station.
